Testing
We carry out tests during production and keep a record of them. Every OTT diffuser is tested for leak-tightness after installation and the result is checked. Constant dimensional and visual inspections are also carried out during installation.
Spot checks with extended inspections supplement the quality control.
The OTT membranes are also tested for tear resistance.

Verification of Oxygen Transfer
In October 2018, the IWAR Institute of the Technical University of Darmstadt conducted a comparative study on behalf of the Hannover Municipal Drainage Department regarding the verification of oxygen transfer in new and used MAGNUM® pipe diffusers.
