OTT D-REX® – Cost-Efficient Premium Disc Diffusers

  • Membrane

    D-REX® disc diffusers are available with EPDM FLEXNORM®- or silicone FLEXSIL®- or OTT FLEXLON® membranes. The customizable membrane perforation is engineered to provide a uniform and smooth bubble pattern over a broad range of air throughputs.

  • Connection

    D-REX® disc diffusers can be installed on round or rectangular headers. Connector options are available for installation on ¾" internal or external threading.

  • Base Plate

    The base plate and retaining ring are made from glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene, providing reliable service at operating temperatures up to 120°C (248°F). D-REX® disc diffusers are 100% stainless-steel free for outstanding corrosion resistance.

OTT D-REX® Disc Diffuser

OTT D-REX® disc diffusers can be mounted on ¾" internal threaded connections. They can also be mounted on rectangular headers with 30 mm (1.18") diameter outlet openings; in this case, use of an adapter is required.

The base plate and retaining ring are made from glass-fibre reinforced polypropylene, providing reliable service at operating temperatures up to 120°C (248°F). All components are fully resistant to formic acid.

D-REX® disc diffusers are available with EPDM FLEXNORM®- or silicone FLEXSIL®- or OTT FLEXLON® membranes. D-REX® disc diffusers can be operated over a wide range of air throughputs, providing outstanding process versatility.
