OTT OneX^® Diffusers – Maximum Performance and Service Life with Minimal Use of Materials

• Clamp

  Stainless steel clamp. Several OneX® are plugged together to form aerator strands.

• Membrane

  Tubular membranes made from FLEXSIL® or FLEXNORM® are optimally tailored to the wastewater and application. The highest quality standards and extensive QA measures ensure consistently high performance and reliability. The printed batch number makes quality assurance transparent for our customers.

• Wrinkle-free guidance of the membrane

  The patented shape of the OTT carrier body guarantees wrinkle-free guidance of the membrane when the air supply is switched off in intermittent operation. This elementary and unique detail is the basis for the highest level of mechanical safety and longevity of the membranes.

• Perforation

  The high-quality perforation provides a top bubble pattern and uniform exhaust behavior. This is where we clearly stand out - the results of neutral performance measurements are the best proof. The perforation can be individually tailored to the system-specific requirements - talk to us.

• Carrier body made of PP

  The OneX® aerators are a one-piece injection molded product made from environmentally friendly, recyclable polypropylene (PP). The structure and shape make the OneX® carrier body a unique product.

• Fastening

  OneX® aerator strings are connected to the main distributor via an adapter.

• Lengths

  The OneX® is available in useful lengths of 750 mm, 1000 mm and 1300 mm.

• Continuous Air Duct

  The structure of the OneX® allows the air to be distributed evenly over the entire length.

Like all OTT tube diffusers, the OneX^® is equipped with the patented air duct and membrane guide bead features. In this way we guarantee optimal distribution of air over the entire length and a secure fit of the membrane.

OneX® diffuser strings are connected to the main distributor via an adapter and several OneX® are plugged together to form diffuser strings.

By reducing material costs, CO₂ and energy are avoided during production and transport. They have to move and install less material on the system.

The one-piece PP carrier body is temperature-resistant up to 120°C (248°F) and all components are resistant to formic acid.

OneX^® tube diffusers are available with EPDM (FLEXNORM^®) or silicone (FLEXSIL^®) membranes. Depending on your requirements, we offer different perforations.

OneX^® tube diffusers are available ex works in usable lengths of 500, 750 and 1,000mm. Special lengths are possible between 200 – 1,650mm.
