Products for coarse and medium bubble aeration
Mainly used for aeration/circulation of sand traps, sludge storage or equalization tanks. The coarse-bubble aeration with a high air volume is used to mix the waste water in municipal and industrial sewage treatment plants.
AirRex® 180 for coarse bubble aeration
The AirRex® 180 consists of an AirRex® module, which is rotated 180° and mounted on the tank bottom. Up to 6 air vents can be installed over a length of approx. 2 m per module. In picture 2, 3 vents were mounted. The air vents on the underside ensure coarse-bubble aeration of the waste water.

Coarse bubble 3" EPDM disc diffuser
The OTT Coarse Bubble 3" EPDM diffuser can be mounted on any ¾" BSP female thread.
Installation on the Airrex® piping module is possible - as shown in the photo.

SUEZ Vibrair
The Vibrair diffuser is made of polyethylene and has a blue steel lid that acts as a valve.
Installation on any ¾" or 1" BSP/Whitworth female thread is possible. Mounting on the AirRex® piping module is also possible, as shown in the photo.

OTT Stainless Steel "Chickenfeeder" Diffuser
The OTT stainless steel "Chickenfeeder" diffuser is the most low-maintenance and most robust system for coarse-bubble aeration.
Manufactured from stainless steel, the diffuser comes with a ¾" male thread.

MAGNUM® T for Medium Bubble Aeration
The MAGNUM® T has all the advantages of the proven OTT MAGNUM® tube diffuser. Flexible plastic pipes can be connected using a 1" internal thread. MAGNUM® tube diffusers are available with EPDM (FLEXNORM®) or silicone (FLEXSIL®) membranes.
Depending on the requirement, we offer different perforations. MAGNUM® tube diffusers are available in the standard membrane lengths of 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 mm. Custom lengths or diffusers shortened on one side are available on request.
